Claims

For best results, it is essential to promptly report a claim.  When reporting, please provide as much information as possible, and include the following to expedite the claim filing process.  

  • Insured Name and Policy Number
  • Date, Time, and Location of loss/accident
  • Details of the loss/accident
  • Name, Address, and Phone Number of any involved parties
  • If applicable, name of law enforcement agency or fire department,
    along with the incident number.

Claims can be reported:

  • To Specialty Risk Associates for submission to the company by emailing your completed loss notice to  jhill@sramga.com
  • Directly to specific companies via telephone as listed in the sidebar
  • When a claim has been successfully transmitted to the company,
    a confirmation will be sent to the retail agent with pertinent claim information.
